For business trips, the integrated tracking remains active and also documents rest periods. Authorised staff access vehicle movements in a browser from any device, and filters for individual vehicles or the whole fleet support controlling.

Telematics provides route planning software with the real-time position of each vehicle, and the software also takes stored framework data into account. At laboratory service provider L.u.P., which serves up to 1,000 doctors and hospitals a day, DeDeFleet stores opening hours, access conditions and vehicle types. Planning chooses between car, van and bicycle. The driver app navigates to the next job, and head office no longer needs to phone drivers for updates.
